
Rising Ember yoga is pleased to offer this teriffic 6 week pre & post natal pregnancy workshop for expecting mothers.
Discover your inner feminine wisdom as we dive into the world of pregancy-friendly asanas, breath work, powerful visualisations and deeply relaxing meditations.
Classes are held on Saturday mornings and run for a blissful 1.5hrs (this includes your classflow, informative discussions from holistic health professionals and time to chat with other mums-to-be over tea and biscuits).
Close attention has been paid by meticulously organising this course, with a real determination to offer more than your standard pregnancy yoga classes. You will find that as the weeks progress so does your practice, with different handy tips and info layered into concise but meaningful steps, (take home pamphlets, book suggestions and Om work!… which is like homework for yogis and a thousand times more fun!)
I am a fully qualified yoga teacher who is registered with the internationally recognised RYS.
I am certified in both pre & post natal yoga so you and your little ones are my highest priority and you are in safe hands 🙂
